Classes are for youth in grades 6-8, with the affirmation of their baptism in October of their 9th grade year. |
If you are not confirmed and would like to be, but are not currently in grades 6-8, please contact the church office at 507-289-3021. |

| During the Lent and Advent Season there is no regularly scheduled class time. We ask that you attend the Wednesday evening worships with your mentor. To see worship times, go to the Worship page. |

| During Lent all Confirmation students are required to attend Wednesday Night Lenten Worship and meet with their after worship for a time of discussion. |

| Middle School Youth are invited to participate in the following service learning experience: |
“The Promise” |
A Musical Drama Portraying the Life of Jesus Christ |
| The Promise is a musical production involving over 16 area churches. Our role is to arrive a bit early (one hour) and take part in transforming the Narthex of Bethel Lutheran into the 'streets of Jerusalem' as they were envisioned to be in Jesus' day. We, as well as the other vendors, will wear costumes. Our selected item to sell will be water (bottled) that we serve from a ‘well’. Other market vendors will share their skills/wares including weavers, bakers, carpenters and other craftsmanship. There may even by actual livestock present. |
| Sign up with a friend, consider inviting your mentor. For each of the following dates, we’ll need about 3 individuals to sell water at a booth (1-2 youths and one parent/adult). Please look at your calendars, and email Kari Wright at klwright@charter.net |
| Think of this as a wonderful opportunity to have fun, watch a wonderful musical, and raise funds for our projects. (Slots will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.) |
