Business and Finance Ministry Team |
| The basic objective of this committee is to ensure the financial stability of the Congregation and its work; and represent the Congregation in all legal matters. |
Memorial/Trust Ministry Team |
| Mission Statement: A trust fund was established to receive and administer bequests, estates, insurance, memorials and other assets. |

Technology Ministry Team |
| The overall responsibility of the Technology Ministry Team is to ensure adequate attention is given to the equipment and its use which supports the different ministries of the church. |
Stewardship Ministry Team |
| Basic Objectives: To initiate programs and provide oversight for the development of resources and activities for Congregation members regarding sharing of the member's gifts of time, talent and financial resources. To educate and communicate effectively to the Congregation about the responsibilities of Christian stewardship. |
Evangelism Ministry Team |
| The basic objectives of the team is to bring the Gospel to the unchurched, to enlist all God's people in the work of spreading the Gospel and to deepen the faith and activity of the members of this congregation. |
Parish Fellowship Ministry Team |
| The Parish Fellowship Ministry Teams basic objectives are to strengthen the fellowship between Congregational members, spiritually and socially; to integrate new members into the life of the Congregation and increase the mutual cooperation, trust and enjoyment among the Congregation members. |
Public Relations Ministry Team |
| The Public Relations Ministry Team represents the Congregation in community activities to keep it informed of social, political and economic developments within the community. |
Social Ministry Team |
| Social Ministry Team will maintain contact with benevolent and charitable agencies at the community, state and national level, and recommend to the Congregation opportunities for service. |
Adult Education Ministry Team |
| The Adult Education Ministry Team provides Christian Educational experiences for the adults of the Congregation at a variety of times of the day and week. |
Confirmation Ministry Team |
| The Confirmation Ministry Team sets up and runs an effective 3 year confirmation program, plans and carries out the confirmation reception and helps students meet their confirmation requirements. |
Young People's Ministry Team |
| The basic goals of this team is to involve the Congregation's Youth in Christ's work by nurturing their spiritual growth and to promote Christian fellowship with one another, encourage Bible Study, prayer and Christian service. |
Summer Camp Ministry Team |
| Our Savior's has membership at two Lutheran camps: Good Earth Village in Spring Valley, MN and Camp Onomia in Onomia, MN. Traditionally, the majority of youth from OSLC have attended Good Earth Village; while the Father and Son retreat is held at Camp Onomia. |
Library Ministry Team |
| The responsibility is to maintain the church library, to keep books, videos, periodicals, etc. up to date, to staff the library on Sundays, to purchase new material and to promote the use of the library. |
Sunday School Ministry Team |
| The objective of this team is to plan, administer and supervise the Sunday School Educational program; to determine policies, select personnel and provide the necessary means and facilities for the various programs. |
Lay Ministry Team |
| The basic objectives of the team is to be concerned for the spiritual welfare of the Pastor(s) and the Congregation; to coordinate all area pertaining to the congregational ministry. |
Volunteer Coordinator Ministry Team |
| The Volunteer Ministry Team is responsible for coordinating the various volunteer ministry opportunities in the congregation. This effort involves communicating ministry needs to the congregation and helping match those needs with willing and effective members. |
Worship and Music Ministry Team |
| Worship and Music Ministry Team is to provide a worshipful experience through various expressions of faith-utilizing liturgy and creative arts. |
Family Ministry Team |
| Family Ministry can also be called Intergenerational Ministry. The goal of this ministry is to bring the families and various generations together, whether they are single or part of a family unit; to fulfill the Biblical call to pass on the faith from generation to generation. |
